APPLICATION

ACSR conductors are widely used for electrical power transmission over long distances, ACSR Conductor Steel core aluminum stranded wire has simple structure, easy installation, easy maintenance, low line cost, large
transmission capacity, and is conducive to the laying of special geographical conditions such as crossing rivers and valleys.

STANDARD

Basic design to BS 215-2 / BS EN 50182 / IEC 61089 / ASTM B 232/B 232M / DIN 48204 / JIS C 3110 standards.

CONSTRUCTION

ACSR conductors are formed by the proportions of aluminum and steel can be varied to obtain the relation between current-carrying capacity and mechanical strength best suited to each application.
Core wire for ACSR is available with Class A, B or C galvanized; "aluminized"(AZ); or aluminum clad (AW).
Additional corrosion protection is available through the application of grease to the core or complete cable with grease.
